Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades and at the end of your billing cycle for downgrades.
After your 14-day trial, you'll be automatically charged for your selected plan. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.
For Shop plans, you can add extra artists beyond the 3 included for $25/month each (or ~$20/month if billed annually). Artists are prorated when added mid-cycle.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Each shop requires its own subscription. Contact us if you manage multiple locations—we offer volume discounts for multi-shop owners.
